By video or telephone, in English, with a clinician registered in Spain.

Your doctor explains the advice and next step. Prescriptions and documents are issued only when clinically appropriate.

Can I speak to a doctor in English?
Yes. These services are designed for English-speaking patients in Spain, whether you live here or are visiting.
How much does it cost?
The video consultation is €39. The fee is shown before you book. Any medication is paid separately at the pharmacy.
Should I choose video or telephone?
Choose video when it may help for the doctor to see what is happening. Choose telephone when you can explain your concern in a conversation and do not need to show anything.
Will I receive a prescription?
A doctor may issue a prescription when it is clinically appropriate. Booking a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
What happens after I book?
You choose an available appointment in our secure booking system. Follow the instructions in your booking confirmation email.
When are appointments available?
Appointments are offered Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, in Spain mainland time, subject to availability. For an emergency, call 112.
