Online care in English
See and speak to a doctor, wherever you are in Spain.

A face-to-face conversation by video with a doctor registered in Spain. Explain your concern, show what is relevant on camera and agree on a clear next step.
Medical decisions are made by the clinician after assessment. Not an emergency service.
A consultation where your doctor can see the whole picture.
A video appointment combines a medical conversation with the ability to show a visible concern when that helps. You can talk through symptoms, an ongoing condition, a result or a medication question without travelling to a clinic.
Your doctor will ask about your history, current medication and what has changed. They may ask you to position the camera or share a relevant photo or report. Video cannot replace a physical examination, so the doctor will explain if a different type of care is needed.
A real-time conversation in English.
Use the camera when a visual detail may help.
Advice, follow-up or a referral when appropriate.
What happens in a video appointment
A clear sequence from preparation to a clinical decision.
Before your call
Choose a time and keep your phone or laptop charged. Find a quiet private space, check your connection and have your medication list, relevant reports and key questions nearby.
During the consultation
The doctor listens, asks focused questions and may ask you to show a visible concern on camera. They explain what can be assessed remotely and where an examination would be more appropriate.
Afterwards
You leave knowing the advised next step. A prescription or document is issued only when the doctor considers it clinically appropriate; otherwise they explain what further care is needed.
Good to know
When video is not enough
Severe or rapidly worsening symptoms need urgent care. If a hands-on examination or test is needed, your doctor will explain that rather than treating the video call as a substitute.
Before you book.
Practical answers about this service.
Do I need to install an app?
Your booking confirmation explains how to join. Use a device with a camera, microphone and a reliable connection.
Can I switch to a telephone consultation?
If you do not need to show anything visually, a telephone appointment may be a simpler choice. Compare the options before booking.
Will I receive a prescription?
Only if the doctor decides it is clinically appropriate after the consultation. The appointment fee covers the consultation, not a guaranteed prescription.
