Prices are set per pen, not per milligram, which is why 7.5 mg and 10 mg cost the same, and so do 12.5 mg and 15 mg. In Spain, Mounjaro is sold only as the KwikPen.

Before you compare prices
A prescription comes first
Mounjaro is prescription-only in Spain. A legitimate service cannot promise it before a doctor has assessed you.
There is no generic Mounjaro
The Mounjaro sold in Spain is made by Eli Lilly. No authorised generic is sold as "generic Mounjaro", and other tirzepatide products are not interchangeable with it.
You pay the pharmacy privately
Mounjaro for weight management is normally paid for privately, with a private prescription, at the full pharmacy price.
Avoid offers without a doctor
No legitimate pharmacy in Spain supplies Mounjaro without a valid prescription. Be wary of websites that send it without a medical assessment.
Do not choose a dose by its price
Mounjaro starts at 2.5 mg once a week and goes up only when the doctor considers it appropriate. Do not change strength to save money.
Check stock before you travel
A prescription does not reserve a pen. Ask the pharmacy to confirm the strength and stock first.

Does every pharmacy charge the same for Mounjaro?
The base price of each KwikPen should be broadly the same across Spain. The pharmacy confirms the final price and whether your prescribed strength is in stock.
Why do 7.5 mg and 10 mg cost the same?
Mounjaro is priced per pen, not per milligram. The 7.5 mg and 10 mg pens share one price, and the 12.5 mg and 15 mg pens share another.
Will I need the most expensive pen?
Not necessarily. Mounjaro usually starts at 2.5 mg once a week and goes up only when the doctor considers it appropriate. Maintenance doses can be 5 mg, 10 mg or 15 mg.
Is the medicine included in the €39?
No. The €39 pays for the consultation. If the doctor prescribes Mounjaro, you pay the pharmacy for the medicine.
Is a prescription guaranteed after booking?
No. The doctor prescribes only when Mounjaro is clinically appropriate and there is enough information to do it safely.
Can I get two months of prescription at once?
When your dose is stable and it is medically appropriate, the doctor can issue enough prescription for two months. The consultation then works out at €19.50 a month. It is never automatic.
