Before you compare prices
A prescription comes first
Wegovy is prescription-only in Spain. A legitimate service cannot promise it before a doctor has assessed you.
There is no generic Wegovy
The Wegovy sold in Spain is made by Novo Nordisk. No authorised generic is sold as "generic Wegovy", and other semaglutide medicines are not interchangeable with it.
Public healthcare does not pay for it
Wegovy for weight management is not funded by the Spanish public health system. You buy it with a private prescription and pay the full pharmacy price.
Avoid offers without a doctor
No legitimate pharmacy in Spain supplies Wegovy without a valid prescription. Be wary of websites that send it without a medical assessment.
Do not choose a dose by its price
The dose goes up gradually, and only if you tolerate it. Do not change strength to save money or copy someone else's dose.
Check stock before you travel
A prescription does not reserve a pen or a box. Ask the pharmacy to confirm the strength and stock first.

Does every pharmacy charge the same for Wegovy?
Wegovy has a published national retail price in Spain, so the base price should be the same everywhere. The pharmacy confirms the final price and whether your prescribed strength is in stock.
Does the Spanish public health system pay for Wegovy?
Not for weight management. You buy it at the pharmacy with a private prescription and pay the full price.
Are Wegovy tablets cheaper than the pen?
At the maintenance doses, the 25 mg tablets cost €236.15 a month and the 2.4 mg pen €223.64. Which form suits you is a medical decision, not only a question of price.
How much does the 7.2 mg dose cost?
The 7.2 mg dose is marketed in Spain in single-use pens, but we could not confirm a public price yet. Ask the pharmacy for the current price.
Is the medicine included in the €39?
No. The €39 pays for the consultation. If the doctor prescribes Wegovy, you pay the pharmacy for the medicine.
Is a prescription guaranteed after booking?
No. The doctor prescribes only when Wegovy is clinically appropriate and there is enough information to do it safely.
Can I get two months of prescription at once?
When your dose is stable and it is medically appropriate, the doctor can issue enough prescription for two months. The consultation then works out at €19.50 a month. It is never automatic.
